Crazy Couple of Weeks!

Well- starting the day of my last post- Colby and Ronnie were lion hunting and Chelise and I went to dinner then watched a movie and we kept wondering if we should start to worry because we hadn't heard from them and we always do at least an hour or so after dark!!! 9:00 pm came- still no word- 10 came- still no word- midnight- nothing- then finally at 2 am I had had enough of waiting and worrying- so I called search and rescue! Yes- I am the freakout wife! They told me they couldn't start searching till the morning- so they took some information from me. Well- lo and behold- at 3:30 am I FINALLY got a call from Colby. It turns out that the guy that they had been hunting with had gotten both of his trucks stuck in the snow so he could not get to where they were at to pick them up. They built a fire and took out their emergency blanket and snuggled in with the dogs! They were wet up to their waists and it was a cold cold night. Finally at 3- Jeff was able to get some snow mobiles up to where they were at!

Next crazy thing- did all you Cedar-ites feel the earthquake???? Well we did and it broke our back fence! Ugh!!!! It was a 4.1 magnum earthquake- so not huge (nothing compared to poor Haiti) -but it rattled us! We also felt an after-shock later that night-

Next crazy thing- my cousin Taylon Moody got in a horrible car accident on Tuesday the 12th. He's still in the ICU up at Utah Valley- he has had many complications, some sticky situations, back surgery and more surgery to come. He seems to be having a little improvment. We are praying for him and asking that he be in all of your prayers!

Colby has started his spring semester of school and it seems to be going good! He'll be glad when he gets through these pre-requisite courses and can HOPEFULLY have the summer off!

Prego update- little Hayden Millie is getting bigger and stronger- I'm at 27 weeks and counting! Next week is the lovely glucose screening and Rhogam shot ugh:( We still have so much to do to get ready it seems like!
